GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. These REGULATIONS contain general conditions for participation in the event organized by the ORGANIZER - BIG IDEA GROUP Sp. z o. o., with its registered office in 43-400 Cieszyn, at ul. Rynek 6, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Bielsko-Biała, VIII Commercial Division, KRS 0000930575, NIP 5482739969, REGON 52034399600000 and is an integral part of the agreement concluded between the ORGANIZER and the PARTICIPANT of the event.
2. The ORGANIZER is responsible for the proper course of the event, in accordance with the requirements of the Act of August 22, 1997 "On the safety of mass events" /Journal of Laws 106/97 item 680/ and the Act of May 9, 2007 "Amending the Act on the safety of mass events /Journal of Laws 99/2007 item 663/.
3. The condition for ensuring order and safety of PARTICIPANTS and equipment users is respecting the provisions contained in these REGULATIONS and complying with the provisions of criminal law and the law on offenses.
ORGANIZATIONAL PRINCIPLES, RESPONSIBILITIES
1. The responsibilities of the event ORGANIZER include ensuring that the holder of a valid ticket has access to the area of the event to which the ticket relates, as well as participation in this event and its proper course. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to cancel the event without prior notice, for reasons beyond the Organizer's control, for which it is not responsible. In the event of cancellation of the event, the ticket holder is entitled to return the ticket in accordance with the rights provided for by law.
2. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to change the date, place and program of the event due to important reasons, including independent reasons, i.e. national mourning, cataclysm, difficult weather conditions, illness, indisposition or other reason preventing the performance of the performer and cases where the change is caused by the necessity to ensure the safety, health or life of people or property, preventing the uninterrupted course of the event. In such circumstances, if the date or venue of the event changes, the ticket holder has the right to return the ticket before the start of the event together with the purchase costs.
3. Admission to the event area takes place only upon presentation of a ticket or entry card, except for persons referred to in art. 17 of the Act "On the safety of mass events".
The ORGANIZER undertakes to ensure order and safety of the event venue and participants, including fire safety, in accordance with the Act of August 22, 1997. "On the safety of mass events", and will comply with the ban on bringing to the event area and to the adjacent areas: weapons, alcohol, drinks and food, dangerous objects and tools, explosives and pyrotechnics, narcotics and psychotropic substances, poisonous and radioactive substances, In addition, it is forbidden to destroy information boards, benches and any small architecture objects.
4. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to refuse to bring into the event area and use during the event any type of photo, audio and video recording equipment.
5. If the event is recorded using image and sound recording devices, the PARTICIPANT of the event agrees to such registration without any claims.
6. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to refuse entry to the ticket holder in cases justified by security reasons and may demand that the ticket holder leave the event area. This applies in particular to situations where the PARTICIPANT of the event disturbs public order, behaves aggressively or inconsistently with these REGULATIONS.
7. The ORGANIZER undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Act on Upbringing in Sobriety and Counteracting Alcoholism. Due to the high volume of sound, people staying in the event area may be at risk of hearing damage. The ORGANIZER is not responsible for the sound intensity and strong lighting, including strobe lights - applies to pregnant women and people with epilepsy. PARTICIPANTS take part in the event at their own risk.
8. These REGULATIONS are also available at the ORGANIZER's office and at the information point during the event.
In matters not covered by these REGULATIONS, and regarding fire safety, the provisions of the Act of August 24, 1991. on fire protection and Ordinance Ministry of the Interior and A of April 21, 2006. on fire protection of buildings, other construction facilities and areas, respectively in the Journal U. No. 80, item 536.
MINORS
1. Minors who are under 16 years of age may be PARTICIPANTS of the event only under the care of and under the responsibility of an adult, after purchasing admission tickets for both a minor and an adult.
2. Minors who are over 16 years of age may be PARTICIPANTS of the event only with a properly completed and signed consent of their parents/legal guardians and being in possession of a valid ticket.

Tickets
1. The PARTICIPANT accepts the RULES of the event by purchasing a ticket for the event.
2. The ticket is valid only with a receipt. The ticket entitles you to a single entry to the event area.
The ticket holder has the right to return it in the event of cancellation of the concert or change of date, place or program in accordance with point 3 of these Regulations ORGANIZATIONAL PRINCIPLES, SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES. For this purpose, the ticket holder should apply for a refund at the point of purchase of the ticket. The equivalent of the ticket price will be refunded in any case, if the ticket refund request is made no later than six months from the original date of the event in the event of its cancellation.
SANITARY RESTRICTIONS DURING THE EPIDEMIC THREAT OF THE SARS-CoV-2 VIRUS
1. The Participant of the Event is obliged to cover his mouth and nose and is obliged to provide himself with personal protection materials, i.e. a mask or a piece of clothing covering his mouth and nose.
2. The participant of the Event is obliged to submit a written statement before entering the event area or earlier by e-mail (according to the organizer's instructions sent by the Organizer by e-mail) that the participant, to the best of his knowledge, is not an infected person and is not in quarantine or under supervision epidemiological. The declaration should include Contact details to the organizer (residence address and mobile phone number), which the organizer is obliged to provide to the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate and security services in the event of an epidemiological threat during the Event. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and stored up to 2 weeks after the date of the Event. The purchaser of the ticket who does not meet the above obligation will not be allowed to enter the event area and will not be entitled to a refund of the funds allocated for the purchase of the ticket.
3. Participants of the Event are obliged to keep a distance of min. 1.5 m and hand disinfection at the entrance to the facility or event area.
4. The Participant of the Event is obliged to comply with all other recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate and relevant services as well as instructions of the Organizer as well as security and information services.
PENAL PROVISIONS RESULTING FROM THE ACT:
1. Anyone who fails to carry out a security order issued on the basis of the Act or by the Security or Information Services shall be liable to arrest, restriction of liberty or a fine.
2. Anyone who brings or has weapons, other dangerous items, explosives, pyrotechnics or fire-hazardous materials at the Event is subject to the penalty of arrest or restriction of liberty.
FINAL PROVISIONS:
1. All rights to the name and logo of the Event are reserved for the Organizer. Official programs and gadgets related to the Event will be sold only at the Event Venue or at points of sale authorized by the Organizer.
2. The status of the sponsor of the Event is granted only by the Organizer.
3. The Organizer is not responsible for the effects of force majeure.
4. These Regulations are available:
a) on the website www.big-idea.eu
b) at the information points at the Event Venue;
c) at the entrance to the Event area;
d) on the websites of the official distributors of the event.
5. Correspondence to the Organizer is sent to the address indicated in point 35 in writing, by registered mail.
6. Security and Information Services may issue their own safety and fire protection instructions. in accordance with applicable law.
7. In matters not covered by the Regulations, the provisions of the Act shall apply.
8. The Organizer has the right to change these Regulations, in particular due to the need to ensure the proper course of the Event and the safety of the Participants of the Event.
The Regulations come into force on September 1, 2020.
